Most of the island is amazingly peaceful and beautiful, completely separate from the livelier clubbing areas. Baby Friendly and Toddler Friendly Beaches
Ibiza has a huge variety of family friendly and blue flag beaches. Many of the beaches also have lifeguards and excellent facilities such as showers, restaurants and beach clubs with Kids corners. Lots of beaches also have stable wooden paths, meaning it’s easy to use pushchairs to get right up to the sand and sea.
Babylonitos at Babylon beach is not to be missed- there’s a range of special supervised activities for kids, a great adventure playground area and a fabulous family friendly restaurant with kids menu and family seating areas.
The Minibizia Club has an excellent range of outdoor toys to enjoy, based in a special and secure garden area. They also run loads of workshops with childcare-qualified supervision, and have a network of qualified babysitters available across the island, meaning parents can either stay and watch their little ones play or enjoy having a bit of time on their own.
Aguamar Water Park
Packed with exciting water rides ranging from white knuckle slides to those suitable for the teeniest of tots, it’s a great place to visit with all the family! There’s also loads of family friendly facilities such as picnic areas and play areas.
Capitan Nemo Boat Trips
For little ones who aren’t yet old enough for snorkelling, Capitan Nemo glass bottom boat tours are ideal! You’ll get amazing views of the sea life below (whilst you remain nice and dry) and tour around the beautiful smaller islands and coastlines of Ibiza, including around the famous Es Vedra.
There’s also chances to hop off the boat for a bit of swimming or sunbathing, and some free refreshments are provided!
With indoor play areas, a ball park, trampolines, soft play areas, a water park splash zone and loads of entertainment including clowns, magicians, mini foam parties, singers, story-telling, parrot shows and more, Piruleto Park offers lots of keep little ones entertained!
Can Mayol Kids Horse Days
Every Saturday is a special children’s event at the Can Mayol Stables, home to over 40 horses. With expert teachers, and no previous experience necessary, it’s a magical way to spend the day. There’s even special horses for really little ones and all sorts of activity classes depending on level of ability.
Cap Blanc Aquarium
Visit Cap Blanc for an amazing unconventional aquarium visit. The entire aquarium is set up in an underground cavern; a converted ancient Smuggler’s grotto. You’ll find creatures such as fish, octopi, rays and even injured sea turtles which are brought to the aquarium to be nursed back to health, before they are released again into the wild. It’s a magical day out for the whole family.
Cova de Can Marca
Ibiza has so many beautiful landscapes to enjoy- why not take your little ones to Cova de Can Marca (the perfect location for pretending to be pirates, naturally), an unbelievable formation of smugglers caves that’s over 100,000 years old, complete with stalactites, authentic markings and even incredible coloured lighting effects!
Es Vedra Rock
The infamous Es Vedra Rock is immersed in local myths and legends. Magnificently rising from the sea, it’s said to be one of the most magnetic spots in the world. It’s an amazing sight that your children will love, especially if they can manage to stay awake to watch the sun set beautifully behind Es Vedra.
For children 3 years and older, the Ibiza Acrobosc is not to be missed. Ibiza’s answer to Go Ape, there are three circuits for different age ranges, packed with loads of outdoor adventure activities to enjoy such as climbing, zip lining and more.
Other attractions you could visit include Ibiza’s fascinating castle, tourist trains for island exploration, the famous Hippy market for amazing stalls and sights, and the Airzone Park for zorbing fun.

Based in a gorgeous rural village, with authentic Mediterranean cuisine served in beautiful gardens. It also has slides and games for the kids to play with whilst you relax in the balmy evening air.
Serving a whole range of sumptuous food options including an excellent kids menu, and set on the lovely beach of Es Cavallet, this restaurant runs kids entertainment every afternoon throughout the summer.
During certain hours, Sa Punta reserves one of it’s outdoor terraces exclusively for kids, hosting entertainment, games, bouncy castles and more to keep them busy. There’s also a children’s menu, and the general cuisine is a delicious mix of Mediterranean and Asian.
Moe’s Sportsbar and Grill
For a relaxed dinner setting which also has screens showing world sports for the adults and pools and play areas for the kids, look no further. Serving fantastic burgers and lots of other local cuisine options, it’s also very reasonably priced.
El Viejo Gallo
Offering an excellent array of meat and fish dishes, this well-established restaurant has been around for over fifty years! There’s a children’s menu and play area, plus over 18 types of gin on offer… (Just saying!)
Authentic Italian cuisine and a great children’s menu means that the Beachouse is an excellent new Ibiza dining option. Sip on a cooling cocktail whilst you keep an eye on the little ones who’ll be busy enjoying the daily kids’ entertainment- which at certain times is also supervised by qualified child minders so adults can have a proper break!
With a special children’s menu full of healthy ingredients and an extensive high quality main menu including burgers, pizzas, tapas, fajitas and more, El Limonero also runs children’s activities and even has a large pool area to enjoy.
Serving high quality French cuisine, La Belle is a brand new chic restaurant in Ibiza which has a dedicated kids’ corner and special brunch BBQ events, plus children’s menu. Whoever said having children means sacrificing sophisticated and delicious dinners was definitely misguided on this count…
Punto G Ice cream
Not strictly a restaurant, but Punto G’s serves the best ice cream in Ibiza! With loads of great flavours and made only using natural ingredients, you won’t want to miss it.
For a Tex-Mex taste, this restaurant should definitely be on your list. There’s a great range of dishes for parents, a kids menu and amazing interior décor- including tables your kids can actually draw on!
