Balance due at 4 weeks before travel
You won’t have to pay your balance until just 4 weeks before you go, taking the stress out of booking in advance.
Free date changes
You can change your dates for free any time up to 4 weeks before travel.

You are guaranteed a full refund if Covid-19 disrupts your travel, right up to the day of your departure.

Our new Tots Safe & Clean Standard is in place to provide peace of mind that all accommodation hygiene protocols are adapted to provide the highest standards of hygiene for families with young children.
These supplementary Supplier terms do not apply to all Properties – check the Terms and Conditions on the Property page
Applies to bookings made from 1st September 2020 only
A low deposit of £99 applies per booking
Balance due date is 4 weeks before the date of travel (reduced from 10 weeks)
You may request to change your dates with no charge up to 4 weeks before the date of travel. Your request will be passed to the Supplier and will be subject to availability. Any difference in price (increase or decrease) for the new dates will be applied to your final balance payment. The change will not be valid until confirmed to you in writing. If you wish to change your dates within 4 weeks of arrival, this will be at the discretion of the Supplier and is not guaranteed
Full refund guarantee applies if:
You have paid your balance
You are due to travel within 4 weeks
The accommodation Supplier cannot supply the accommodation because of Covid-19 restrictions locally or because they are closed
Travel is prevented by Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice against all but essential travel applying to the country you are travelling to
The refund guarantee does not apply to personal circumstances which may impact your ability or inclination to travel; such circumstances may include personal illness including COVID-19, local restrictions to movement or quarantine requirements
If the Supplier has been paid in full for your booking, you will not be refunded until the funds have been returned to us by the Supplier
