There are 3 ways to provisionally book one of our approved properties:

1. Find a gem yourself!
Click Here to search for a property. You can look for a property of a certain size, a location, alphabetically or by availability. Once you have found a property, use the availability and pricing table to select the dates you require and complete the details in the pop-up window. We will then be in touch to confirm availability for you and to process your booking if you would like to go ahead.

2. Let us help you out!
We are here to help you so tell us exactly what you want (either by phone, email, twitter, smoke signals) or by using the 'Contact Us' page. We will reply to your email as quickly as we can.

3. Make me a shortlist!
We're here to help and our team of Family Travel Experts know our properties really well. Armed with your 'must-haves', 'would like to haves' and your 'no nos' then we can put together your personal shortlist.

Once you have chosen the holiday home of your dreams, tell us and we'll do the rest!

4. Give us a buzz!
Telephone one of our team of experts, we're really very friendly! Call us on 01780 238665 to discuss what you are searching for. If you would like us to call you, then email us your number and let us know the best time to you call you. We are very happy to call you in the evening once your kids are in bed!

Once you have picked the holiday home of your dreams...

  1. Tell us which is your fave property (via the website or by email, 'phone, twitter)
  2. We will double check availability
  3. We will send you a booking form
  4. You will need to organise holiday insurance
  5. We will need a 30% deposit (this confirms your holiday)
  6. The remaining balance payment is due at latest 10 weeks prior to departure. If you are booking with less than 10 weeks to go to your departure date, the whole balance is due at the time of your booking.
  7. You'll receive all your holiday info in plenty of time for you to plan your trip.

Paying for your holiday
You can pay securely using your debit or credit card over the phone or online, or alternatively you can pay by bank transfer.
