Costa del Sol, Spain
Price from £1,417 - £3,143 per week
Sleeps up to 10 in total plus 3 infants in cots in 4 bedrooms
This fab villa may be chic and stylish, but it’s also completely kid-friendly…the downstairs living area is spacious, open plan and baby proof with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open straight out onto the enclosed garden, so your little ones can happily toddle in and out to their hearts’ content.
Aside from playing in the garden and on your swing, slide and play tower, kids just love the swimming pool (which is shared with the friendly neighbours) accessed via a garden path. Plus, for day trips out, it’s just 10 minutes' drive to soft and sandy Costa del Sol beaches, so get building those sandcastles.
Evenings are best spent cooking up a feast in your outdoor barbecue area or wandering to local restaurants, before tucking tired tots up to sleep in the children’s bedroom – which we absolutely love! It’s kitted out with bunk beds and plenty of toys, a child’s dream room.
Cornes Family, September 2019
I would highly recommend this villa to any family with children. The facilities in the villa our outstanding.

Doyle Family, July 2019
We travelled with our son and daughter in law and 2 grandchildren aged 4 yrs and 1 yr. The property was huge and had masses of room for us all. Downstairs the kitchen had lots of cooking equipment with a large store of food and drink essentials provided. The large living area was very comfortable and it was handy to have a TV with lots of UK programmes...for sport and news and numerous children's channels for them to wind down to after spending time in the pool, sightseeing and running around the house and surrounding area. In addition to this was a very pleasant bar/dining extension that looked on to the garden. The weather was so beautiful that we spent much of our time outside. We had several BBQs which was on a spacious terrace - which again was gated (so handy if you have small children). There were two picnic tables and plenty of room for preparing and serving food. The amount of equipment for the children amazed us. There was a large paddling pool plus a selection of outdoor toys for the garden and both pools. A travel cot, high chair and baby monitor and even a spare buggy pretty much covered all the bases for the one yr old. The stair-gate at the bottom of the stairs was not completely secure but the one at the top was a big help. Both children loved the toys and books and having them there saved quite a bit of extra weight in our packing. The historic part of Estepona was lovely with flowers in tubs and hanging baskets but they were also beautifully planted out as you approached the town and all along the walkway by the sea. We didn't have a car so relied on Public Transport. The buses were a little bit unpredictable and we struggled to find information online. It was only about 30 mins in to Estepona by bus so it would have been handy if the property had given internet links or even a hard copy of timetables. It probably would have been useful to have a car (especially as transfers to and from the airport were quite expensive) but not essential. The supermarket and a number of small bars and cafes were only around 15 minutes walk away. I am not sure if it is on every Saturday but there was also a small market on the day we left. We went into Estepona a couple of times by bus and took one taxi back (about 25 Euros). The walk to the bus stop was around 20 minutes away but actually, the property had so much to offer that it was easy to spend the majority of our time there. Between Tots To Travel and the owner of the villa there was a great deal of information available and both were very helpful and extremely prompt in answering a couple of general enquiries we had both before our holiday and during the week. This is the first time we have used Tots to Travel but we were very impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa and look forward to exploring more places with our children and grandchildren in the years to come.
Waldron Family, June 2019
As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa fitted the bill for us with four young children. They had a great time and we could be reassured they were safe. Grandma and Grandad enjoyed the annex! Have to be aware this is a very busy area, but the villa being within a secured complex was great and made it easy to get away from the hustle. Overall we had a great time.
Ash Family, June 2019
Lovely spacious villa and larger pool area than expected with children's playground. Tennis court in good state. All the equipment we needed. Owner very helpful and welcoming.
Family stayed May 2019
Great holiday in a villa which was perfect for our 2 year old.
Brenbeav Family, April 2019
A lovely stay at Casa Diana in April this year. The host was there to great us on arrival. There is space to park outside for 1 car and then roadside parking for additional which worked well for us. Beautiful open space as you enter the villa and a toddler friendly garden area. The bar is a really great addition and we made the most of it with a couple of G&T’s once the baby was in bed! Some little coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and Aldi is a 5 min drive to stock up on your essentials! Plenty of toys to keep toddlers. The local beach isn’t very pretty so it makes sense to hire a car and visit the beautiful Estepona beach and Marbella. Pool was lovely! We had a fab time. Thank you
McLoughlin Family, June 2018
We had such an amazing week and are already plotting our return. The open plan layout made it perfect for the little ones to run around (ages 2 and 1). The huge selection of toys has provided constant entertainment and the en suite and walk in wardrobe made mum and dad feel like we were in a 5 star hotel!

Thank you for a wonderful 2 week holiday in your fantastic villa. Everything we needed was here and your recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at were greatly appreciated.. Our favourite one has to be the beach restaurant, El Veleiri, where the food was great and the staff absolutely fantastic with our 3 very young children (a 3 yr old and 18mth twins). Because of teh safe garden area we managed t make the most of 'Siesta time' and the children loved the pool where swimming aids proved invaluable.

We had a wonderful and very lucky (with the weather) two weeks in Casa Diana. The villa was large, child friendly and very comfortable for us, our two children and grandparents. It had lots of toys, tech and outdoor facilities to entertain our boys and us too! The villa was well located for Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro as well as local amenities but what really made it special was the El Campanario country club, with gym, heated pool and restaurant which we made full use of. It was brilliant for all of us and the staff and facilities were amazing.
The Wheatley Family, October 2016
Very spacious accommodation, with lots of toys and great outdoor space for the kids, as long as they are supervised up and down the steps! Not a lot to do in the immediate area so a car definitely required, but all in all a lovely family holiday!

So chic…we love the stylish and super-modern interior here, and the huge open plan ground floor with sliding glass doors leading out to the garden – the garden is fully enclosed so you can just leave the doors open, letting tots happily run about.
The cosy sitting area has a large 50-inch flat screen television, which is connected to Apple TV with Netflix, IPTV and a DVD library, so you can curl up on the soft leather sofas for an episode of their favourite show before bed.
The huge island in the kitchen is the perfect spot for easy kids’ breakfasts… and we reckon this is where we’d sneak off to with a bottle of wine and the baby monitor once we’ve tucked the kids up to bed – dim the clouded LED lighting to set the scene.
Up the gated stairs, the master bedroom also has its own flat screen television, plus an en suite with a rain-effect shower.
We just love the kids’ bedroom (and secretly want it for ourselves), which is kitted out with two sets of bunk beds and oodles of toys, plus there is space for a cot…in fact, you could easily fit a cot in any of the bedrooms.
The third bedroom can be set up as a twin or king-size, and these two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower.
For bigger family groups, there is a fourth bedroom located in a separate annex, which is included for June, July and August bookings, but just let us know if you need it in any other months and it can be arranged at an extra cost. There is a double bedroom and en suite in here and it has its own private access, so it’s ideal for grandparents or another couple with a baby.
Spanish holidays are all about the sunshine, which is why you’ll love this fully enclosed garden, perfect for trotting in and outdoors as you please and tots will find plenty of toys to play with.
Down the end of the compact garden, you’ll find your very own play area with a swing and slide set and a kids’ table and chairs for creative play time.
There is a separate raised area in the garden (don’t worry, it’s gated off), where you’ll find a huge barbecue and specially-made picnic style benches for a yummy al fresco family meal in the shade.
Below the steps to this area, you’ll find outdoor play equipment. When it's time to cool down head to the shared swimming pool. There is also another shared play area here for even more play time.
Of course, the favourite thing to do here is visit the beach… just 10 minutes in the car and you’ll be at San Pedro, a sand and gravel beach leading into blue seas, dotted with palm and eucaluptus trees.
The promenade is lined with a number of chiringuitos, which are family-friendly beach restaurants, so there are plenty of spots to enjoy a bite to eat.
For easy to reach bits and bobs from the villa, the Diana Park complex is 10 minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants and bars; you’re also just a two minute walk from El Campanario Golf and Country house, which has an indoor swimming pool, spa and restaurant, as well as great golf facilities.
Just a couple of minutes in the car will take you to Mundo Mania, full of fab play equipment – a perfect day out if you want to escape from the sun for a few hours, or are travelling in low season.
Plus, Selwo Adventure is just down the road – the safari park has loads of animals and wildlife to see, take a trip on the big, exciting safari trucks and see what you can spot.
