Bigger family groups, look this way. The layout of this villa, with two upstairs and two downstairs bedrooms is just perfect for two families travelling together, or if you’re bringing granny and grandad along with you.
Holidays here are all about casual strolls to the beach – picture mornings full of sandcastle building and paddling little toes in the calm, warm water, followed by an easy wander back to your villa for afternoon naps (and a chance for you to take a siesta in the sunny garden or on the balcony…bring the baby monitor from our Essential Kit up with you).
Afternoons are for playing in the pool…there is a huge, shallow step into the water, which is the best spot for babies and tiny tots to splash about comfortably.
Round the days off with barbecues on your terrace, or walk to Cala d’Or for a choice of delicious restaurants.

The villa is so large and spacious and the outside space and swimming pool were great. The location of the villa was perfect with everything you need in easy walking distance. This really is a great villa and perfect for families to space given the layout and size. The ceiling fans were much more effective than we expected, but the rooms were warm at night when the temperatures topped 30 degrees. Overall, we had the most amazing holiday here!

This villa was fantastic. Spacious, clean, right at the end of the road was the restaurants and shops plus the beach was a 5-10 minute walk away. It had everything you could want. Will definitely be going back.

Indoors
This villa is perfectly laid out for two families travelling together, with a twin and a double bedroom upstairs and downstairs – you can chill out together in the big living area and have your own space too.
All of the bedrooms are en suite with shutters leading out onto terraces and balconies.
Blending contemporary and traditional styles, the open plan living and dining room is a cosy place to curl up for bedtime stories, and the modern kitchen has an additional breakfast table for an easy mealtime for the kids – of course, you’ll probably want to enjoy most of your meals outside on the shaded terrace.
We love the balcony that leads off the upstairs double bedroom, it would be a great spot for evening drinks or soaking up a little sun during the kids’ afternoon naptime. Remember to bring the baby monitor up here with you.
Parent Points:
- There is a large flight of tiled stairs leading up to the front door so please take extra care with little ones when entering through the gates
- As with all balconies, children should not use these unsupervised – it is possible to lock both the doors and the shutters to prevent access
Outdoors
Perfectly positioned to get the best of the Mediterranean climate, the villa has balconies and terraces where you can enjoy the warmth – don’t worry, the garden terrace is shaded to protect your little ones from the glare of the sun.
The garden is fully enclosed and the pool is protected by removable fencing so tots can happily toddle around in the garden without you having to worry too much.
When it comes to splash time, the private pool has walk-in steps into the water with one big, very shallow step, which is just the perfect spot for babies and tiny tots to take their first steps into the water and have a little play about. Older kids will love playing with the inflatables and making a real splash.
It’s all about the beach here! Even with buggies and little legs, it’s just a five minute toddle to Cala Gran beach – a stunning Blue Flag beach with soft, white sand and calm, azure blue sea, the perfect spot for dipping your toes in the sea and sandcastle building competitions. Plus, there are lifeguards on duty.
If the little ones need a little bit of extra entertainment here, there is a children’s play area at the back of the beach, or you could hire a pedal boat. There are showers and loos at the beach (so no having to rush back to the villa), as well as beach bars and an ice cream parlour.
Your villa is also just a short walk from Cala d’Or centre (just under 10 minutes’ walk), where there is a range of shops and restaurants.
It wouldn’t be a Mediterranean holiday without a stop-off at a trendy tapas bar – we love La Bodega Restaurant, which is open all day and, as well as serving delicious tapas, it has a fab children’s menu, child-sized versions of all of their pizzas, specially made for your child, and, of course, ice cream.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool (size: 13m x 6m, depth: 1m - 1.4m) is not heated and will be open for use throughout the season, but is realistically available from May through September. The temperature of the water is dependent on the prevailing weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Should you cancel your booking more than 57 days before your arrival date: you will be charged 30% of the villa price plus a £25 administration charge
- Should you cancel your booking between 56 and 31 days before your arrival date you will be charged 60% of the villa price plus a £25 administration charge
- Should you cancel your booking 30 days or less before your arrival date you will be charged 100% of the villa price
